Note that a 2 day minimum stay is required, and that maximum occupancy is two people.
We do not process your credit card or payment with the link above. It is only for you to request a reservation.
** When we confirm that your requested dates via the form above - are ok (via phone or e-mail) - then you need to pay in full below - to have your reservation held and guaranteed. We'll let you know what that amount will be.
Because we have hired a better cleaning staff (reliable /great work - they have a commute and trash disposal to the local entity that charges a fee for a "special bag" and drop off) - we have a separate cleaning/trash fee for stays 3 day or under of $60 - which can be found at the last drop down menu on this page.
When you use the forms below - a 12.5% lodging tax will automatically be calculated. There is a security deposit of $300 which will be returned to you if there are no damages or missing items or extra cleaning (beyond the normal) required. (We can e-mail you the detailed information if you like.)
